Argentine judicial workers will carry out a work stoppage for 48 hours in demand for the payment of the third installment of the salary agreement.
The workers of the national justice go to unemployment of activities for this Thursday and Friday "if the Government fails the paritaria and does not release the parties today" for its efectivización, according to the declarations of Wednesday of the general secretary of the Union of Employees of the Justice of the Nation (UEJN), Julio Piumato.
"If they do not deliver the agreed upon parity we will end the year with Justice paralyzed," said Piumato.
Also, the union leader explained that an agreement had been reached with the Supreme Court of two of ten percent, one in October and another one from December, but "the Executive Power delays the fulfillment of the agreement".
"That reluctant behavior is consistent with the adjustment policies applied at the behest of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which seeks to dump the weight of the crisis on workers , while reaping great profits financial usury and speculators," added Piumato.
In addition, Piumato held this occasion responsible to the Argentine government for "not complying or respecting the independence of justice."
"If the President does not respect that independence, the person in charge is not the Judiciary or the workers, but the Government," the unionist said.
The Argentine government is the target of criticism and accusations due to its conflicting measures, among them the rates of basic services and transportation, mass dismissals, as well as the IMF loan , which have turned the Argentine president, Mauricio Macri, into one of the most unpopular presidents of the country , according to several polls.
On the other hand, according to the IMF, the economy of Argentina will fall this year 2.6%, with an inflation of 40.5%.
