The IBEX 35 falls 0.95% at midday and rises 9,000 points for BBVA

The main indicator of the Spanish stock market, the IBEX 35, fell by 0.95% at midday, burdened by banks and in particular by BBVA, which fell more than 6% after it was revealed that Mexico, its main market, has proposed to limit the collection of bank fees.

The news, known yesterday, dropped 5.81% to the main indicator of the Mexican Stock Exchange, the price and quotation index (CPI), and was very badly received in the Spanish session today, with losses that were linked to the from the rest of the banks, due to the mortgage tax.
