The United Kingdom can revoke the "brexit" unilaterally, according to an EU lawyer

A lawyer general of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) determined today that the United Kingdom has the capacity to unilaterally revoke article 50 of the European treaties, which initiated the process of its exit from the EU, the " brexit ", when activated on March 29, 2017.

"Article 50 admits the unilateral revocation of the notification of the intention to withdraw from the Union, until the withdrawal agreement is concluded, provided that the revocation has been decided in accordance with the rules of the Member State, communicate formally to the European Council and do not suppose an abusive practice, "the lawyer said in a statement.
